You have the option to initiate a return for items purchased from Suez Ceylon within a 30-day period starting from the date of your order. and Kindly be aware that the shipping cost is non-refundable for returned items.
We accept returns for unopened items, If the return is a result of our error or if the item is found to be defective, we will reimburse the original shipping cost and cover the return shipping expenses.
In the event of receiving a defective item, please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Subsequently, we will provide you with the return shipping label.
For any other scenarios, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the product to us. The item must reach us within 30 days from the date of the order. Upon receiving the item, we will process the payment through your chosen payment method within 10 days.
